Renee Russo is an entrepreneur, engineer, and co-founder of Glow Labs. Glow Labs is a white-label loyalty rewards program on the blockchain. Glow Labs supports brand partners through a fully self-service and customizable platform, allowing them to create their own micro-economy in the metaverse. Brands in Web3 will need custom NFT rewards, loyalty coins, and automatic rewarding in both the physical and online world.

Renee has deep Web3 knowledge having launched her own NFT project, DinoMonks, and being an active community member in the NFT space. In previous roles, she was the lead frontend engineer and application owner at JP Morgan, where she built and scaled a company-wide application from the bottom up.
